Automotive parts retail is a hard e-commerce problem: large catalogues, and customers who need to find the exact part that fits their specific vehicle. The store now handles 10,000–15,000 orders a month and accounts for 20–30% of sales.

## Highlights

• -Built the customer-facing store across a catalogue of 60,000 active line items, still live in production.
• -Built product pages and the cart and checkout flow in React on a Node.js backend.
• -Integrated the PayFast payment gateway for online payments.
